The Board and staff of SCV Water created this 5-Year Strategic Plan to guide the Agency in the coming years. The Strategic Plan supports the Board’s vision to provide exemplary water management for a high quality of life in the Santa Clarita Valley.
We will accomplish this vision by fulfilling the mission of SCV Water: Providing responsible water stewardship to ensure the Santa Clarita Valley has reliable supplies of high-quality water at a reasonable cost.
